Cucumber G&T Slushy
Fill your Cucumber G&T Camp Kit with the liquor of your choice, we love gin. Refrigerate for three days to infuse, then strain into another container. Jar makes eight cocktails, recipe below serves two.
- 4 oz. Gin infused Camp Cucumber G&T, strained
- 4 oz. Tonic Water
- 2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 Limes (make two lime wheel garnishes and juice the remainder of the lime to get 1-2 ounces of juice)
Fill a blender cup with ice. Make two lime wheels for a garnish and set aside. Juice the remainder of the limes and place 1-2 ounces of lime juice in the blender cup. Add the strained Camp, tonic water, & simple syrup to the blender cup. Blend on high speed until smooth. Divide slushy between 2 hurricane glasses, add a straw and lime wheel to each.
