Infuse a Hibiscus Ginger Lemon kit with 12 oz gin. Wait three days, then shake and strain. Combine in a glass with ice: 3 oz infused gin and ½-1 oz lemon juice. Stir until nice and cold, then strain into a flute or coupe. Top with champagne to finish. Cheers!
