What type of alcohol should I add?
We can suggest pairings, and it is always best to choose what you enjoy. Aromatic citrus: Vodka, Gin, Bourbon, Whiskey Bloody Mary: Vodka, Tequila Hibiscus Ginger Lemon: Vodka. Gin, Bourbon
What if I want to serve the entire jar at one time?
Pour or strain contents into a 32 ounce pitcher. Add up to 22 ounces of liquid and stir.
What if I want to serve Individual Drinks?
Measure (strain if desired) out a portion of the kit contents into a glass. Add additional beverages to taste.
Can I Mix the entire jar in a pitcher and enjoy throughout the week?
If making individual drinks we highly recommend mixing one drink at a time. Juices stay fresher in seal tight containers and carbonated drinks taste best when opened fresh.
How long will kit last prior to infusion?
Kits will last up to two years on your pantry shelf.
How long will kit last once alcohol is added?
Kits will last up to 30 days in the refrigerator.

How long will it take to receive my order?
As of 12/01/2020 all orders have a 2-4 week ship time due to they holiday rush from USPS and UPS and Covid-19. Any order placed after 12/05/2020 are not guaranteed to by processed before 12/24/2020. Please note that UPS and USPS may not scan your item in once picked up from our facility (we are sorry, we do not like it either). USPS may hold your package at a certain facility for longer than 2 days.
How is COVID-19 affecting shipping?
Once we accept your order, a shipping label is produced and you will receive an email that contains the tracking number. COVID-19 has impacted all carriers and there could be a delay in receiving your order as carriers are behind on deliveries. Please allow for flexibility of delivery date. You may receive your tracking number email once the carrier has scanned it in at pick up.
I received my USPS tracking notification and it is has been in the “Pre-Shipment” status for several days?
Please note that at this time some USPS pick up drivers are not scanning in packages (we are sorry) and your package is still on the way. If it has been in the pre-shipment phase for more than 2 weeks please email Sam@campcraftcocktails.com with your order# and shipment review request.

What is your Refund Policy?
All sales are final. We accept exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email Sam@campcraftcocktails.com or Maria@campcraftcocktails.com within 7 days of the order date. Please include a picture of the damaged item or incorrect item in your email. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out or a refund is granted.
